I am trying to find out more about child custody and what would be involved in a joint custody agreement. Where can I find out more about Joint Custody Child Support and what fathers are required to pay in these cases? Would this amount be negotiated by the attorneys or is it set by the court? I would really love winning sole custody of the kids, but I don’t know if that is possible and I would prefer to avoid putting the kids through a major custody battle in court. I don’t want the kids to suffer any more than they have to.

Lawyers don't come cheap and this type of specialist is no exception but it is a worthwhile investment if you are serious about custody. The right lawyer will be able to tell you exactly what you should be doing to improve your chances in the court room and ultimately be able to make you appear more capable than your spouse or ex spouse. This may seem a harsh line to take but this is exactly what you will be up against when you come to court. Your spouses lawyer will make every attempt to discredit and convince the judge that you are not the right choice.

A new marriage that has problems right from the start may have you wondering what are the grounds for annulment. The grounds for annulment typically involve a spouse's lack of capacity for marriage. It can also involve some type of fraud, like if a person has another husband or wife at the time of marriage. Also being underage at the time of marriage is a ground for annulment. Grounds for annulment also involve any threat at the time of marriage. Things like impotency and incest are also considered to be concrete grounds for annulment.

Almost everyone involved in the divorce proceedings would at some point or the other have the fear of what is going to happen later in their lives.
